Additional Charges

Some interiors may require more steps in order to restore back to the original state. (Deep carpet extraction, Ozone treatment, excess soiling, or any other labor intensive removal) If this is required, the price may go up. We only offer 100% of whatever we work on. If you look in the pricing section, you will see MINIMUM under each section. That is not a one size fits all price. That is where the pricing starts for that service. Final price will be determined in person and vary on the condition.
